REFUND POLICY
We will refund the Grand Total the Buyer has paid for the item, i.e. the price of the item and the shipping fee to the Buyer's address if the Buyer shows proof of his complaint. The shipping fee to return the item is covered by the Buyer! We strongly advise to ship the return item ed for being able to keep track of the shipment. We will refund the same day the item has arrived in the same condition as sold at our address.
We do not do partial refunds - but in some special cases we may ask you to break the record in the middle and send us a photo. We then will send you a full refund.
SEALED ITEMS, once opened, are NOT returnable
Each record will be packed outside the LP sleeve in a plastic cover to prevent seam splits and is sent in a special LP sized, new cardboard box.
