IMPORTANT! RE: COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, the USPS is erratic at best, and some states ( California, NJ, New York, and others) can take an ENORMOUS amount of time to get there. Please be aware of this when purchasing from us. As always, what WE can assure you is that your parcel will be mailed according to the timeline delineated below ("Shipping Times").

IMPORTANT! Until further notice due to delivery uncertainties with postal services worldwide, most expensive foreign orders must be paid by bank transfer. We will supply all pertinent information after the order is placed. All expensive foreign orders will be insured; other less expensive orders can be insured if requested. Shipping and handling costs will be estimated according to USPS website information and supplied for buyers to decide if they want to proceed with order. If you have questions or need clarification on potential costs please us.

IMPORTANT: Paypal retains their fee for cancelled and refunded or partial refunded transactions. Please carefully read our items' description and full Seller Policies BEFORE ordering. Should you request a refund after paying for a Paypal order, we must deduct a portion of the Paypal fee from the refund amount, unless the item is not available---that would be our fault and we would pay the cancellation fee. Please review what fees are returned to you and what fees are not on the Paypal website. Time limitation for any Paypal refunds are 60 days.

To help us serve you better, please make sure your DISCOGS and PAYPAL names and addresses match. We do NOT ship to addresses that DON'T MATCH. We are not covered with Paypal policy if we do. If you desire shipment to an address other than your Paypal address, please ask about paying in cash or money order. We will consider that. Please also be aware Evolution 420, reserves the right to ask for Cash payment, Money Order, Western Union, Bank Transfer or Check (must clear prior to shipment) on any order according to value or buyer concerns. Also, we reserve the right to request additional payment if the automated S&H charges fall short of our actual costs. ALL FOREIGN BUYERS please be aware of this. Insuring orders is a priority on the more expensive orders.

Evolution 420, sells on different portals. Not infrequently an item will sell on another site and we will not have had time to un-list the item here. Discogs understands this; we want our buyers to understand this also. When this happens we will issue a prompt refund, or perhaps offer a replacement credit of greater value than the item ordered. We do this as an acknowledgement of the buyer’s inconvenience.

Evolution 420 requires a $5.00 minimum order(before shipping) for a transaction to be completed.

Notes –
1. Foreign buyers PLEASE acquaint yourselves with your country's CUSTOMS FEES. You are responsible for them. If you do not want to pay them, do not order from us. Do NOT ask us to adjust them for you as this is an illegal action.
2. All U.S. ORDERS over $100 are shipped insured. This is for our mutual protection. Below that amount the buyer is responsible for insurance if you are concerned about breakage/loss en-route. We don't ship damaged goods and we certainly don't lose them after leaving them at the post-----PLEASE understand we are not liable for USPS or foreign postal mishandling/loss. If this concerns you, request insurance or don't purchase from us.
3. Please understand: since there is more weight, a 2LP is charged as two, a 3LP for three, etc.
4. Please frequently monitor your order page for messaging. Evolution 420, takes pride in our practice of clear communication. We reserve the right to cancel (and refund of course) an order by a buyer who inappropriately questions or criticizes our policies, or otherwise tries to coerce Evolution 420, into proceeding with any sale we deem risky.

SHIPPING TIMES (We almost always beat these times). These times are Business Days (NOT WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS):
1. When an item is ordered, it is removed from our archives and reviewed for grading compliance and description. Allow up to 3-5 days from "payment received" for this service.
2. Packing and delivery to the USPS allow up to an additional 2 days.
3. Multi-orders may take an additional 2-3 days.
4. If an item is unavailable (sold on another site, etc.) Evolution 420, will attempt to locate a replacement. If none can be found and the buyer does not want to make a substitution, the order will usually be cancelled within the shipping time limits cited above.
5. For Media Mail (which most of our buyers prefer), the USPS tells us (but doesn't guarantee) that it can take from 5-8 days. Tracking numbers will be provided so that our buyers may track their parcels on the USPS website. If you’re in a hurry, please ask for Priority Mail (USPS claims 2-3 days delivery time) and tell us the latest day we can mail it for you to feel comfortable.
7. IMPORTANT: our online postal carrier sends an automatic email with tracking information at the time your postal slip is printed. We will add tracking information to your Discogs order page later as time allows. Please check your SPAM for tracking information if you believe your shipment is running late.
8. Foreign Orders. We cannot and will not guarantee ANY foreign order times of delivery. If you do wish to get your item sooner than Air Mail First class we suggest you purchase Priority Air Mail first Class. Please ask us for a quote at the time of purchase.

GRADING POLICIES - DO NOT MISS THIS. DO NOT CHECK THE "READ" without understanding the following:

We use Goldmine grading with a few minor modifications (usually mentioned in our item description). Please be aware that all items are initially sight graded if opened when first listed on Discogs. As items are ordered and paid for, Evolution 420, will clean and preview them prior to shipment. We will not send out items that are incorrectly graded as a service to our buyers. If there is a discrepancy between sight grading and play-grading, the buyer is messaged and given options(cancellation for full refund, shipment with partial refund, store credit, etc.) Many vinyl issues originally included lyric sleeves, posters, stickers, or various inserts --- many of which may have vanished over time. If these are NOT MENTIONED in our description please do not assume they are included. Although usually in keeping with the general grade of the jacket & vinyl, Picsleeve creases and the condition of these inserts varies from perfect to torn, etc. If this is important, PLEASE ASK.
We always consider "Mint" items or sealed items nearly flawless but not completely. Certainly as flawless as when received from the outlet when new. That does NOT mean that an item is totally flawless. A LP jacket may have very small corner bumps or shrink tears. We consider "Mint" in the same way that you would receive the same from a record store back in the day it was shelved by a store owner. It is still sealed. It is "Mint". The same as a disk that has every appearance of being unplayed. That is also "Mint" to Evolution 420, and should also be to you.

Goldmine Standards for LP Jackets:
"NM covers are free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any kind."
Note: that this Goldmine description does not include notches, cuts, or deletion holes or slight bruising or bumps of corners of the jacket. Evolution Records 420, allows that for a NM or Mint/Sealed item.
"Creases" as mentioned in the Goldmine Standard mean corner bends of the jacket creating "Creases" or noticeable bends or folds.

A disk jacket graded mint can also have a Cut Corner, Punch hole, OR Notch in the jacket. This not a blemish and is SHOWN IN OUR DESCRIPTION. IF this is a problem for your collection habits do not buy it.

These are our variants from the too-strict Goldmine which in our opinion needs to be updated to reality. Also, M- disks are exactly that. NOT MINT. They have minor flaws that will not affect replay and will look very nice. If a disks playback is affected we expect our buyers to return them for a complete refund. Goldmine Standards does agree that no seller can play grade all disks that look nice due to the fact that sellers have many items. We have more than many. See our bottom statement on a satisfactory purchase or solution from Evolution 420.

IMPORTANT: Buyers must agree that purchases of sealed items are to be ACCEPTED AS RECEIVED. Evolution 420, will attempt to place such items in their correct categories shown on Discogs, but since LABEL and or RUNOFF pressing particulars cannot be known, we make no guarantees. PLEASE ask any questions prior to purchase. These sales are by the facts now read final.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY (This is the same policy accepted by Discogs and Paypal). As can be seen from our , we have been successful in our grading accuracy. However, recognizing that personal tastes vary we will issue a full refund if a buyer is dissatisfied, BUT WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. So, especially if you reside outside of the U.S., please do not order from us if you are unwilling to pay for return shipping in the event you are dissatisfied. This is important to understand! When an item is returned we will issue a refund; if you have not received your refund within several days, please us to make sure the item has been received.

ABBREVIATIONS and - WOL = Writing on label, WOS/WOJ/WOC = Writing on sleeve or jacket or cover, Picsleeve = Picture Sleeve,, fs = Factory or Company sleeve with company name there on = sleeve usually issued with disk by the label or
Parent Company is not a picture sleeve, CO = jacket cut out, WLP= white label promo, sm. = small, orig. = original issue, however possibly not first issue or promo. RE= Reissue, Punch = Punch hole, notch = deletion notch, WD = water damage, Clean label = no writing, tears, stickers, sticker residue. "Appears/looks un-played" means disk by visual inspection has every appearance of being unplayed.
