GRADING
Tunes Ville uses the Goldmine Standard for grading the condition of items listed in the Marketplace.
These standards have been expanded by the Discogs community of sellers to include definitions of CD-specific gradings.

Please note; since Discogs isn't very clear about generic sleeves being only an inner sleeve, external sleeve or both, we reserve the right to ship only with a generic inner sleeve when the sleeve condition is graded as generic.
Please don't ask us for pictures. When an item turns out to be different than d we always you before shipping.

SHIPPING RATES
We enabled automatic shipping calculation for all our items to every destination we ship to. That means you're able to see instantly what your shipping costs will be for one or more items. (Be sure to be logged in on Discogs and that you filled in the correct shipping country in your buyer settings) To be 100% sure about your shipping costs, you can add all wanted items to your cart; the total including shipping costs will be shown before you make your final checkout.
All orders above €50,- will be charged for tracked shipping automatically. If your total order amount is below €50,- you can choose to ship standard without tracking (OWN RISK) or tracked in the top-down menu after adding your items to your cart.
(CANADA, JAPAN, NORWAY, NEW ZEALAND, SWISS, UNITED KINGDOM & UNITED STATES BUYERS BEWARE: all orders below €37,50 are shipped without and all orders above €37,50 are shipped with track & trace, me after ordering and before paying if you want to ship your order tracked and traced)
Please note; for some countries there’s only tracked shipping available.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
We handle a Minimum Order Total of €8,80
Since PayPal is fully integrated with the Discogs marketplace we can only accept PayPal payments for all orders.
Please note once you placed an order this is a binding order and you agreed with the the prices and shipping rates as shown in your card when checking out.
If you want to cancel a paid order before it’s shipped, PayPal fee + €1,- will be deducted from the original amount before refunding the order.
We use the Automatic Cancellation Policy provided by Discogs: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within four days. A negative will be automatically generated by the Discogs system.

SHIPPING
We cannot be held responsible for slow postal services in your country.
We cannot be held responsible for non arriving packages when shipped standard without tracking.
We always ship to the street address which is stated in your Discogs (check your buyer settings). When paid with PayPal for tracked & signed shipping we ship to your shipping address stated in your PayPal payment in order to have full buyer and seller protection. If you want to use another shipping address, let us know as soon as possible, BEFORE you make your payment. No exceptions.
When goods are dispatched outside the European Union buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes/duty that may apply on the order. Due to legal regulations we cannot ship as a gift and/or state a lower value on the Customs Declaration (CN 22 / CN 23)

QUESTIONS
Only questions about paid orders will be answered. All the others will be considered as timewasting.
We only collect paid orders. Please don't ask us to check items before your payment is done, if it turns out something's wrong we will you before shipping.


Please always us through the original Discogs order.
Please always us first (before leaving on Discogs) when you're not satisfied or something went wrong. There's always a solution!
If you want from us, leave us on Discogs and send us a message after, when the order arrived. (this is needed since Discogs doesn't notify us when you left us )
