Welcome!
Our approach to condition grading:
Of course we refer to the Discogs / Goldmine grading standard. Here is a bit of detail about how we apply it in a practical sense. Items are for the most graded on both playback and appearance (i.e. not appearance only in the case of vinyl records.)
MINT – Used to denote an item that remains factory sealed and undamaged. Even new items may not necessarily be graded “Mint” as this grade indicates especially flawless condition.
NEAR MINT – Generally this is as good as it gets; virtually pristine. As far as can be ascertained this looks and / or plays as a new copy would.
VERY GOOD PLUS – An item that has some signs of being used, minor imperfections in appearance and / or playback. Vinyl may have superficial marks that don’t notably affect playback. CDs will at most have only minor marks.
VERY GOOD – More notable signs of use and imperfections than VG+ but still perfectly acceptable. Marks on a VG CD will not affect playback or ripping at all. Vinyl may have more noticeable "surface noise" (which may even be inherent to the pressing) or light scratches but nothing that ruins enjoyment.
A note about the "VG" grade: in practice the Very Good grade as described by Goldmine can be a bit of a minefield as it covers a rather wide range of conditions. Oour VG items are not “bad” and any notable issues should be described in the condition comments. I recommend giving VG iems from careful sellers a go to get a good deal. No quibbles on returns if you’re not pleased with the condition of our items as described.
GOOD – More notable wear or slight damage, but not totally trashed.
- We aim to ship all orders within two working days; most are sent within 24 hours.
- Items are carefully graded and pro cleaned (where necessary.)
- High quality, secure packaging
- Records are shipped outside printed material to avoid potential seam splits.
- Unless otherwise noted, standard CD Jewel cases are in at least very good condition without cracks.
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for orders in the UK.
(returned items must be in as-delivered condition and packaging.)
See our for many testimonials.
Note: There is a £6.00 minimum order amount
VAT FOR EU BUYERS
Pre-paid VAT information is correctly ed with Royal Mail and transmitted to customs in your country. Following this procedure, to the best of my knowledge buyers in all EU countries I've shipped to since August 2021 have experienced NO issues with unexpected delays or additional charges.
Note that pre-paid VAT will only be applied to orders totalling not more than €150. Over that value, VAT will be due on arrival and collected by your customs or mail carrier. Buyers who are VAT ed will also not be charged VAT by Discogs.
NON-UK BUYERS - IMPORT FEES, CUSTOMS CHARGES, TAXES etc.
International orders are prepared using the correct procedures for customs clearance including electronic customs information transmission. Buyers remain responsible for any customs charges, import fees or taxes due on items received. Likewise, it is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of any restrictions there may be on importing ordered items.

Please feel free to make offers where the option is available, particularly if you are interested in more than one item. All reasonable offers will be considered but please don't be offended should an offer be declined. It can depend on various factors.
