We have now started using Music Max cruciform and Music Max Twist mailers to offer superior protection to your purchase, unfortunately this has meant that shipping costs have increased slightly, however we feel the benefits outweigh the increase as any chance of damage is greatly reduced.

We have been collecting vinyl, mainly in the hardcore and techno genres, since around 1996 and absolutely love the medium and have a ion for the music.

We sell doubles and anything that doesnt really fit in with the collection so have a wide variety of artists and labels for sale.

All our pre loved records are cleaned with the Pro-ject VCS2 vacuum record cleaning machine and Wash-it cleaning solution.

This leaves them in great condition with no dirt or residue and ready to play as soon as you receive them.

Then any overly worn generic sleeves are replaced with new card sleeves so your purchase reaches you in tip top condition and will be something you can be proud to own, play and enjoy.

Regarding shipping we are a small but dedicated team but we do work Monday to Friday so depending on the date of purchase there may be a small delay before we can get to the post office, if this is the case we will always try to let you know.

We aim to go to the post office at least twice a week but in some circumstances you order may be shipped the Saturday after payment.

We always use the thicker Music Max cruciform card mailers and not the flimsy gloss white almost paper ones as experience has shown the card ones offer better corner protection.

If possible we will try to recycle card for stiffeners to do our bit for the environment and will always use stiffeners where appropriate so there is no risk of a damaged record or sleeve.

On some occasions used mailers may be used if we are confident they will still keep the order safe from damage.

Offers are welcome on nearly all records we sell but please be sensible when submitting.

If you want to query your potential offer first drop us a message and we can discuss, we are more likely to accept if you are buying a few records at once.

If you are sending silly offers to waste our time expect to be blocked pretty quickly.

Please leave us so we know you are happy and if you have any issues just get in touch and we will do our best to rectify where we can.

Unfortunately due to a few bad apples if there is a problem that is our fault we will not offer a partial refund of any kind but will ask for the item to be returned and will refund once we have the item back.

We always take photos and videos of the exact items shipped to protect both the buyer and seller.

Due to this on occasion new sealed items may be opened for photographic purposes or to confirm variation/edition details. If this is the case we will let you know before dispatch so you know exactly what you are getting.

Shipping will only be to the address on the paypal payment, if your discogs and paypal shipping addresses are different you may need to update your paypal details.

Please pay within 4 days of receiving the invoice otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.

If you decide to cancel after payment is made PayPal does not reimburse the fees to us the seller. Therefore please ensure you are ordering the correct item before payment is made.

UK shipping is £5.19 for 1-3 records and £5.95 for 4-7 records which is generally up to 2kg.

We use Music Max cruciforms for 1-3 records and 4-7 and Music Max Twists for 8-12, all of which will be shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48.

The cost includes all packing materials etc. Double packs count as 2 records.

£8.95 For 2-5kg Tracked 48.

Europe approx £16 For 1-2 records, I would have to check cost for larger orders.

Rest of world approx £24 for 1-2 records, once again we would have to check cost for larger orders so please do not pay until costs have been confirmed and you are sent an updated invoice.

International buyers, since Brexit there may be cases where tax is requested twice, this is out of our control as not all countries customs accept or recognise the discogs IOSS number. If you are in the unfortunate situation where this occurs please discogs and request they reimburse the VAT paid to them and they will do so.

If we have stated that the record is in a generic sleeve, it will be either a paper sleeve or a plain card sleeve, these arent graded as can be swapped out but as stated above if they are overly worn they will be swapped for new ones.

All other sleeves are graded and will be the original picture sleeve, stickered plain sleeve or label sleeve.
