We're shipping DHL standard tracked insured - this shipping alternative is included as our standard.
Upon special request we could offer DHL express shipping as well ( 4 - 5 days delivery ).

The oder of very limited RSD 2025 items is binding and non cancellable. These orders are shubject to immediate payment ! - otherwise were informing you about cacellation of you order - non paying customer.

All local VAT and customs fees are not included in our pricing and in our shipping fee. Buyer is responsible of paying any of such fees.

Please we recommend explicitly to tell us to open sealed records to check, clean an even test play your vinyl prior to shipping. In this case we get your vinyl packed separately from jackets to avoid seam splits.
If we're not authorized to open sealed records by the buyer - the buyer takes the risk for seam splits and any defects on its own. Returns are then on the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is paying postage for returns.
Wer exchanging the defective item with a new pre checked item and shipping it back free of charge.
If you return sealed records you get a full refund.
If you return unsealed records pls make sure that the record is returned as shipped : all outer sleeves incl. hype stickers and inner sleeves are part of your return shipment. We will set a price for refunding based upon checking of completness, a full grading and test playing of the record.
If you receive a parcel which is damaged or the Lps inside of the parcel are damaged or showing any kind of defect pls inform us within 14 days after shipment received. In the tracking stated delivery date is the reference date. Complains and damage notice after 14 days upon parcel received are not being recognized by MunichSchall. In the case of a damaged parcel from the outside pls open a damage claim with your local shipper - if you have trouble to identify the correct local shipper DHL is using as cooperation partner in your country pls let us know. We could assist. We need this claim number and documentation to be able to open a damage claim on our side with DHL. The recipient is the only one being able to confirm or to document the damages which have happened. If we get the claim number you get refunded immediately. Were sorting out the claim on our side.

Were providing full tracking information. Customer is repsonible to follow up his tracking during parcel delivvery. If a customer is not collecting his parcel in time when depostited in a post office and the parcel is shipped back to us then the customer has to cover all shipping expenses and repay reshipment.

If you cancel an order which is payed on your behalf we might charge handling fee of 8.- EUR for your cancellation due to our extra working expenses and efforts caused !
