Agli effetti dell'Art. 61, comma 12, lettera 1 del D.M. 375/88 e della legge dell' 11/06/71 n° 426, circolare del 03/03/72 n° 2264 art. 1, punto 1 l'art. 126 del T.U.L.P.S. , di essere un privato collezionista e di possedere un surplus di dischi e CD usati e di scarso valore commerciale, appartenenti al mio patrimonio e di utilizzare questa piattaforma per poter occasionalmente mettere in vendita i miei dischi.
Dichiaro di essere consapevole delle responsabilità' previste per le dichiarazioni mendaci e specifico che tutte le compravendite che effettuerò' su questo sito si intendono fatte NON nell'ambito dell'esercizio di una impresa.
Ciò' stante, l'attività' in questione non rientra nella sfera di applicazione dell'IVA ai sensi del D.P.R. 633/72.
Per la stessa ragione anche l'eventuale trasporto di quanto sarà' oggetto di vendita e/o scambio non è ricompreso nella disciplina del D.P.R. 627/78 (bolla accompagnatoria delle merci viaggianti).

In any case, the activity in question does not fall within the sphere of application of VAT pursuant to D.P.R. 633/72.
For the same reason also the eventual transport of what will be object of sale and / or exchange is not included in the discipline of the D.P.R. 627/78 (accompanying note for traveling goods).
