If there is a problem with your order please don’t be ive aggressive and post negative before ing me and allowing me to work out a satisfactory solution for both of us because I’ll be sure to hit you back with the same negative , maybe worse.

As a professional seller for more than 40 years, I am aware of common Discogs scam tricks such as claiming a record was not in the condition as d so you can negotiate a huge discount in the form of a refund or credit upon receipt. I am a careful grader and photograph each product before shipping so I know what was sent and what you will receive unless it is damaged in shipping.

You are purchasing pre-owned vinyl records by mail order and as such are agreeing to accept all risks with a used purchase.

I am not responsible for manufacturer defects, improper handling during packaging of the product before sealed or the actual content on sealed records due to manufacturer error. These are out of my control. If it’s sealed, you are purchasing it as such and there is no way to determine actual pressing, accurate content or condition, because of what the manufacturer put in there.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, taxes and customs duties (most products will be marked as gifts with a low value to assist your country’s taxation).

Unless arrangements are made in advance for international insurance and tracking, there is no tracking with economy mail from the U.S.—but you will be provided with a U.S. Customs receipt with a number. Once proof is provided that U.S. shipper has received your package and/or for a U.S. Customs number is issued and provided to you we are not responsible for tracking further if package is not received by you as I have no control. I will assist in any way I can from the U.S. end.
