SHIPPING POLICY & PRICES:

All of the WAX and stock is graded, packed and shipped here by our team at Musenki. We receive orders and updated stock each day. Once payment has been taken, we will notify you immediately of shipping. If you choose to use a recorded or tracked service, we will advise you of the details at the same times a payment confirmation. All of those items listed in our listing are stock items.

All orders we receive are packed in secure mailers, so as to protect your purchase. On the rare occasion that this is damaged in transit, we will ensure that we work with you to either replace the item if it is down to our our own doing or mishandling. Where we can, we will also try and resolve any issues with the mail services that you choose. When using recorded or tracked items, we normally find that these are insured, or delivered in a more secure way than standard first class, so we urge buyers to consider this service if buying from us.

All of our shipments are printed with our return address. If the package is not delivered or lost in transit we normally find that it is returned to our offices. To re-arrange for delivery in the unlikely event that this happens, will need to ask for a contribution towards shipping fees, if it is returned through no fault of our own.

When your order arrives and the item does not match your purchase, please get in touch and we will try to resolve this. Leaving negative is not helpful to anyone and we can normally resolve these hiccups without the need to post bad vibes.
Our connection with labels and distributors is based on respect and a love for music. Our buyers have direct relationships with producers, manufactures and distributers around the world. All of our stock arrives in Mint condition and handled with care. However, sometimes there can be defects or pressing issues, as vinyl resurges the demand can sometime put pressure on the plants and lead to a small number of pressing glitches. We will always refund or discount if there is an issue with your item due to these circumstances.

If the item has been damaged in transit, please take a photo for evidence and send it to our email address. We'll then arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded.
