We’ve lowered our prices so you can get more for your money! To make this possible, we’ve had to cut costs in some areas. Starting September 1 2024, our records won’t include new plastic outer sleeves. This saves us 25% on costs, and we’re ing those savings on to you!

When will the package be shipped?
- We ship our packages within 7 days. Be patient, because we are growing fast and have a lot of orders;

Can I track the package?
- Shipping always with track and trace code;

Can you combine my orders?
- Please note: We cannot merge orders. Our stock is located in a warehouse, and processing takes place elsewhere. As a result, our staff does not have insight into what has been ordered or by whom. Therefore, merging different orders is not possible. As an example: If you place two orders today, you will be charged shipping costs twice. However, your orders may be shipped together.

Do you remove the vinyl from the sleeves?
Important to know: for orders up to 25 pieces, we do not remove the vinyl from the sleeves. Thanks to our unique packaging method, this is unnecessary. The vinyl will be packed very securely and carefully to ensure it arrives safely without the need to remove it from the sleeves.

Can I add items to my order afterwards and pay directly via PayPal?
- No, it’s unfortunately not possible to add items to an order once it’s placed. So please make sure you’ve finished browsing before placing your order. Neither we nor other sellers can process additional items afterwards.

Additionally, we do not accept direct payments via PayPal outside of Discogs, as this byes the Discogs fee. Repeated requests for this may result in a customer ban and a report to Discogs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following the correct procedures.

I want a discount on the order or lower shipping costs.
- Nope! We never give a discount. Only sellers who are too expensive can give discounts. We deliver a good product with love. We also do not ask for money for the shipping boxes and other materials. Our shipping costs are often even higher than we ask you as a customer. In any case, we never ask for a higher shipping cost. Asking for a discount will also not be appreciated by our team.

Are all records cleaned?
- Only records above 50 euros are professionally cleaned with a pro-ject machine cleaner;

Why is there a minimum order amount of 10 euros?
- To keep our prices exceptionally low, we require a minimum order value of 10 euros (excluding shipping costs). This is necessary because handling and shipping costs are fixed, regardless of order size. Please note: The minimum order value applies only to the total before shipping costs. If your order falls short, you can easily add additional items to meet the requirement. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that requests to lower the minimum order amount or adjust prices will not be considered.

Do you also listen to items during the grading?
- No, that's impossible: 300.000 items x 50 minutes of music = 29 years day and nightof listening. We assess the items for quality with an eye and many years of experience.

How does free shipping work?
- In some countries you get free shipping on a certain order. Please note that this only applies to the order value excluding shipping costs.

Can I pay with I-Deal?
- I-deal doesn't work. Only PayPal with a PayPal works.

Which countries do you not ship to?
We do not ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Israel, Ukraine, Brazil, Ireland and Russia.

Do you have customer service for questions or comments?
- Absolutely! Our amazing colleague Irene our vinyl queen, is always ready to help with all your questions and comments. She’s friendly and will do her very best to assist you, but... consider this a friendly warning! Treat her with respect and stay polite, because she can be quite firm when needed.

Rude behavior, impatience, unreasonable requests, asking for payment outside of Discogs, requests for discounts, or asking to change the minimum order size of €10..... Irene has no time for that.
