Inside the U.S.: Media Mail or Priority Mail are the available options. Both provide tracking numbers.
For buyers outside the U.S.: First Class International is used for packages up to 64 oz. (1814 g) and Priority international has to be used for anything heavier. First Class International has rudimentary tracking (when it's left or arrived in a country) and Priority International has some more specific tracking. International postage rates are horrendous across the board, but Priority rates are especially high.
An important detail I should point out to International buyers:
The typical USPS pricing scale for most services (like Media Mail & domestic Priority) is divided per pound (lb.) (which is 16 oz./454 g), but for First Class International the evil buggers have reduced the first price category down to only 8 oz. (227 g), and so international prices suddenly take a BIG jump for any packages over 8 oz. After that, the next price category starts above 2 lbs. (32 oz./907 g) and then the scale follows the regular pattern of changing after every additional pound (454 g). The consequence of this is that a package with 1 CD (which is typically around 5 oz.) will be in the first price category, but a package with 2 CDs (which will almost always end up being more than 8 oz.) will be in the second price category, and therefore MUCH more expensive. Using the UK rates as an example: postage for 1 CD will cost around $20, and then postage for 2 CDs will make a huge jump to almost $30, but then the postage for up to around 7 CDs or so (as long as the total weight is still below 32 oz./907 g) will remain at the same.
