ANNOUNCEMENTS

Will be away Friday, June 6th. Any paid orders after 1PM ET on Thursday, June 5th will ship after the weekend on Monday, June 9th.

US ORDERS – The March and April tariff changes in the US do not affect orders under $800 USD. Orders under $800 USD remain exempt from import fees, duties or tariffs.

Please note that on weekends and holidays, response times for messages and order confirmations may be longer. Please allow up to 48 hours or until the next business day for a response.

Please ensure payment is made within 4 days of placing your order to avoid automatic order cancellation.

General Shipping Details:
* Shipping takes place on business days (Monday to Friday), within 1-2 business days of payment, with rare exceptions.
* The expected shipping date will be indicated on the order page within 24-48 hours of payment or next business day
* All orders are provided with tracking, regardless of their value.
* Unsealed new and used records are shipped outside the record jacket, while sealed new records and those in resealable sleeves remain in the record jacket for shipping unless you specify otherwise when placing your order.
* We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure safe arrival to your door.

Shipping Promotion:
* FREE Shipping within Canada and to the US on orders exceeding $250 (subtotal). Overseas orders over $250 (subtotal) will be offered discount on shipping rate
* Flat-rate shipping for orders within Canada and to the US. (7” and CDs ship at a lower shipping rate)

Returns are accepted within 10 business days of delivery of your order and must be in the exact condition as originally sent. Sealed items that are opened are not returnable. The return shipping method must include tracking and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. The refund of an order will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s)

US Buyers:
* Orders under $800 USD remain exempt of any import fees, duties or tariffs.
* Orders to the US are typically delivered by either UPS, USPS or FedEx, depending on location and size of order, with a delivery speed of 2-8 business days.
* PO Box addresses accepted.
* For time urgent orders: overnight and 2 day shipping is available to most areas of the US. Please get in touch for more information and rates
* Please note that some states require the collection of sales tax on marketplaces like Discogs. Any sales tax paid on an order is collected and remitted by Discogs to the appropriate jurisdictions

Canadian Buyers:
* Orders within Canada are delivered by various carriers, with delivery times varying by region. (1-9 business days, sometimes longer for remote, rural and northern areas)
* For time sensitive orders, please get in touch for information on express shipping options and rates

UK & Europe Buyers:
* The recommended deadline for Christmas delivery has now ed for economy tracked . Express courier service is still available with a later cutoff time for Christmas delivery to many regions. For more information on time-sensitive orders and to confirm rates, please get in touch.
* FedEx is the express shipping option available
* Express shipping will typically ship next business day or sometimes same business day if payment is early
* For less time urgent orders, economy tracked shipping is a more affordable option available to many countries in Europe, with delivery times ranging from 2-5 weeks (delivery within 2-4 weeks is most common)
* Economy tracked is typically scheduled and shipped within 2 business days after payment
* If VAT is collected with your order, no additional fees will be incurred upon delivery.
* For economy tracked, initial tracking scans on the tracking link page may be delayed or not publicly visible until the package is received at the origin sorting hub. This delay of tracking activity is usually for 3-5 business from the ship/dropoff date of the package, but in rare cases, up to 10 business days. Once the package has arrived at the sorting hub, frequent tracking events will populate on the tracking page until delivery. All economy tracked orders are insured for protection against loss.
* For higher value orders (above 135GBP/150 EUR) or orders to countries not part of the European Union that don’t have VAT collected on Discogs, VAT and import fees may apply. Please check with your customs office to see what fees and/or taxes may be applicable before proceeding with an order. All import fees (including any courier fees for collecting VAT) and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If a delivery is declined or import fees/taxes are not paid, leading to the eventual return of the shipment, both the original shipping charge and return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be issued upon the receipt of the returned item(s).

Australia & New Zealand Buyers:
* FedEx is the express shipping option, typically delivering in 1-2 weeks.
* For less time urgent orders, economy tracked is a more affordable choice with a delivery range of 2-5 weeks.
* No additional fees will be incurred upon delivery when GST is paid on your order.

Japan Buyers:
* FedEx is the express shipping option
* Economy tracked shipping also available for less time urgent orders with a delivery estimate of 2-4 weeks.
* Import taxes may apply to higher value orders over $100. Buyer is responsible for any applicable import fees, duty and/or taxes. If a delivery is declined or import fees/taxes are not paid, leading to the eventual return of the shipment, both the original shipping charge and return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be issued upon the receipt of the returned item(s).

Rest of World:
* Economy tracked and/or express shipping are available to select international countries.
* If you don't see shipping rate options for your country, please with your postal code/country for available options.
* Please that any applicable import fees, duty and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If a delivery is declined or import fees/taxes are not paid, leading to the eventual return of the shipment, both the original shipping charge and return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
