Please read, as the shipping prices provided by Discogs, for Seller's additional functionality, omits, added specifics like, upgrades in packaging, type of box and added Insurance costs. Insurance is required on any purchase $49.00 and over. Just because Discogs provides a "shipping price", that does NOT mean they are responsible for errors or misinformation, please inquire actual costs by asking these two questions:
#1 = "Is the item in Stock?
#2 = "How much is shipping with your specific need” = The Buyer is responsible for paying the cost to ship and not the Seller or Discogs, it is best to inquire before purchase.

N.B.
#3. The Discogs shipping calculator is not great, to say the least. e.g., cannot itemize need for Insurance costs or upgrade in packaging variance. At times, we may need to adjust shipping charges based on actual postage costs. This happens with large mixed orders and international orders depending on your location. Also, when various forced weight = price is not valid and the only viable, fast fix is lowering the actual weight of of an item, regardless of type, another lack of needed functionality with Discogs "shipping functionality". This also works in being too high and we refund the overage in cost. Currently, for Domestic and International shipping costs, true insurance values are not included.
#4. Opened items cannot be returned. only unopened items can be returned and accepted.
#5. A buyer wanting to return an item, for whatever reason, a RA = (Return Authorization) Number must be obtained from us and clearly written on the package or shipping label.

It is strongly recommended to us and inquire about remaining stock to ensure "Last one in stock of a collectible music item" as we sell on many other third-party vendors website and sell-out of those items before we have the ability to remove from all of the vendors stock - even our own website - please inquire and I can directly reply to order fulfillment - thanks!

Please be aware that these items are also available on other venues and especially with "one left in stock" there is a chance of that item or those items selling before we have or had a chance to update our "LAST One in Stock" item. We try to keep our Discogs inventory as up to date as possible, but there is always a chance the item has been sold at another venue. Please understand this fact as we do understand our disappointment, we want to provide exactly what you want. Leaving negative or neutral from anyone who is only a buyer and not a seller as well, may result in blocked access, as if you do not know anything about what you are complaining about, how can you become neutral or negative. It is best, as my mentor raised me to believe, = "become active in learning about others short comings, before you comment non positively and expose your own." We sellers have noticed... It appears Buyers that do not Sell or have ever listed anything for sale, do not understand this fact of: a large inventory, multiple third-party listed vendors, many "only ONE in Stock" of items and not many employees paid to perform Inventory maintenance, as to NOT "disappoint" those that will knock you for being "Sold Out" of the item THEY wanted, before I had an opportunity to remove from all other listings. We want to alert you to new updates in shipping and lost / damaged parcels, as we filed our first claim with the new insurance carrier last week and there are new requirements for investigation, claim filing and updates to their rules & regulations on us that we want all International customers to be aware of any new or in transit parcels. These updates are in effect for all in transit International delivery parcels. (Acceptance of established details for in transit shipments are provided in notice of acceptance & pick-up).

PLEASE READ the entire 8 International shipping with Insurance details itemized below and ask any questions or concerns to obtain answers. If we cannot provide an answer, we will let you know we had to ask; Stamps.com, Global Post or Shipsurance to provide an answer to your question(s). Thanks.

Shipsurance Insurance Carrier change from Stamps.com Updates:

1. USPS is using "Global Post = https://www.goglobalpost.com/" due to many restriction issues. + You use the same USPS First Class International assigned "Tracking Number", on both "tracking websites", however, this shipping method is NOT a "true Tracking Number", = (read details at end of this numbered list). The parcel is accepted and picked-up by USPS personnel, then delivered to the appropriate “international hub, typically Los Angeles, CA and then accepted by “Global Post personnel” and grouped with other same Country end destination locale and then delivered locally. This is a frequent practice with many International delivery services, e.g., eBay’s “Global Shipping Program” = cost is the same as USPS Priority International method. USPS does not offer Insurance for any amount with USPS First Class International Parcel or Letter, (which we do not utilize) service / method. Global Post does offer Insurance (required, for over $49.00) worth, and they and we do not offer any Insurance coverage for the cost of shipping and insurance. Insurance is purchased for the price of the item only. If we file a claim for you due to loss, and the Insurance carrier pays, it would be a refund for the price of the CD, Vinyl, Music Collectibles' cost to purchase.

#1 explanation / details = “USPS First Class International = (currently parcels are diverted to “Global Post Economy OR Global Post Standard”, is the most economical shipping method and the most unsecure from theft / loss. We offer various methods of shipping that offer faster and more secure details, albeit more expensive alternatives. I have had very little problems with shipping USPS First Class International, however, when something is lost, it was your initial decision to “risk it”, as the USPS cannot and DO NOT follow / track a package once it leaves the US, unless it is shipped and insured in a more expensive method, e.g., USPS Priority International OR USPS Express International. USPS First Class International can take up to 40 days and over from the time the parcel leaves US soil and I cannot file a “inquiry / claim” with the USPS until 40 days PAST the date of last documented (typically Los Angeles, CA) tracking opportunity. So, if your parcel shipped from our facility on the 1st of DECEMBER, and the “First Class Letter Tracking Number” shows it was in Los Angeles, CA on the 4th of DECEMBER, I can have the USPS look at the number and “investigate” on the 11th of JANUARY. Again, USPS First Class International Mail method: USPS cannot and DOES NOT follow / track a package once it leaves the US soil. = the risk is yours to ship the least expensive shipping method, regardless of insurance. USPS Priority International OR USPS Express International are the only shipping options with “true tracking numbers”. USPS is reliant on the delivery Country’s Postal Service and it NOT a “true Tracking Number once the parcel is no longer on U. S. soil.”

2. Insurance only covers the cost of the purchased item, NOT shipping / Insurance and VAT cost, only price of purchased item. Regardless of any “third-party’s shipping/refund suggestions” for Lost/Stolen goods – which ‘Lost/Stolen’ goods is highly unlikely. In case of filing an Insurance Claim – our selected Insurance Company by our shipper = https://www.shipsurance.com/, does NOT cover the cost of anything other than the price paid for the purchased item(s).

3. Declaration and VAT = Vat may be charged to you regardless of what we state on form, as your local Custom officials MAY know more about sales transactions than we present and assess a fee. You must pay any fees, if assessed.

4. We state "USED" or "MERCHANDISE" on all purchases; you get what the details of the listing states.

5. The risk of low declaration is the risk you take when something of value over $49.00 is lost or stolen or damaged. If you declare a low amount and insure at a higher amount, you can be charged fees on the insured amount. Insurance is for the amount paid for the order(s).

6. Please state your declaration amount, as you know your countries Customs regs and policies better than we do.

7. Do you accept the risk of "non-delivery" if you ship via USPS First Class International = (Global Post Economy or Standard) = https://www.goglobalpost.com/.

8. Buyer must “ loss / non-delivery” on Insurance website = " Claim - Direct your customer to the following URL: http://www.claim.com/xxxxxx/.

They must complete the online form to the claim, and this will be used instead of a written sworn statement. If the claim is for a lost shipment, the form must be submitted at least 20 days after the shipment date for Domestic shipments and 40 days for International shipments."

Please let me know answers or directions to each of these details and if you accept the risk or refund your total payment and request to cancel the order. We would rather offer items for sale in certain areas and abide by our Company rules and regulations vs. a third-party vendor. IF you want to ship USPS Priority or USPS Priority EXPRESS, you will pay the difference in cost, minus the $amount you have paid.

This new regulation is directly due to the number of frauds for lost parcels by many of the world-wide carriers as all their prices have escalated, almost doubled, in the past 4 years for International shipping, which we can do nothing to prevent price increases. Security has an increased cost over fraud.

International shipping is $22.95 to $26.95 for single copy PLUS Insurance = [Insurance to some addresses is required no matter the price paid for item] (Plastic Case or Mini LP) CD's and 7" VINYL Records, USPS / (Global Post offers insurance for purchase amount only, NOT shipping or Insurance costs). All Carriers have raised rates multiple times in the past months and appear will continue to increase shipping rates per additional CD / 7" VINYL. - Insurance is required on Domestic and International orders $49.00 and above. Required Insurance added to shipping to protect both of us from lost and stolen items. International countries must have Insurance applied to the parcels to ship. A Phone number for Customs and USPS online shipping form requirement is required to ship.
Insurance is Required and Recommended for all orders, esp. when receiving "Music Collectibles" that cannot easily be found in same condition and authenticity for the same amount of $$.
CANADIAN shipping is $15.95 to $19.95 PLUS Insurance for the first CD and/or 7" VINYL Record. (Insurance is either required or recommended = see detail above).

DOMESTIC (within US):
We ship to the address provided by PayPal - in order to protect both of us per their policies and rules.
USPS Ground Advantage Mail shipping is $7.00 for the first CD or 7-inch VINYL (withOUT Insurance = below $49.00 =) or $9.95 for USPS Ground Advantage Mail PLUS Insurance = Required if over $49.00 or if buyer requests Ground Advantage Mail with Insurance, regardless of price paid. USPS MEDIA Mail is only used for 12" VINYL (NOT CD's, esp. Mini LP CD's) that will NOT ship Ground Advantage Mail (usually 10" and 12" VINYL Records). USPS MEDIA Mail is the slowest and least secure method to ship in the US, IMHO - It was started for Schools and Colleges/Universities to ship Hard Bound Books, Transcri wants to purchase Insurance if below $49.00) and an additional three dollars = ($2.00 - $3.00 per CD) = (up to four Mini LP CDs or three Jewel Case CDs) then package weight is for Ground Advantage Mail determined price. Insurance is required on ALL orders $49.00 and above [Insurance to some addresses is required no matter the price paid]. We DO NOT ship 7" VINYL Records or CD's USPS MEDIA Mail - if they can ship 7-inch VINYL ships pts, Magazines and Paperback BOOKS.
California buyers must pay applied 8.75% Taxes.

BOX Sets and VINYL Records will be priced per type and weight of specific package. - Many final amounts are incorrect due to various reasons, mainly due to weight and size of box. We may use "double boxed and heavier weight cardboard boxes for higher values in weight and size, not used when item was listed. Please understand you MAY be provided an additional charge, otherwise, we go ahead and pay the difference, if below ~10%. We strive to keep shipping prices as close to cost as possible. We use heavy-duty mailers. (Insurance is either required or recommended = see detail above).
"Double Box" for protecting and shipping Albums (12" VINYL Records) are available and suggested vs. using a single box mailer, as a double box packaging technique protects the corners from being crushed or creased during the shipping journey. The total additional cost for box and additional shipping weight is ~$10.00 USD.

All International Custom fees are the responsibility and obligation of the buyer.
