I have no way of play testing any of my records. Grading is by sight only.
Actual shipping cost charged. Any shipping over charge will be refunded.
If I charge less than the actual shipping cost I will respectfully ask for the difference.
My policy on shipping is that neither party will be disadvantaged by shipping costs.
