Order will be cancelled if payment not received within 7 days of order being created and negative is applied by Discogs automatically if/when such occurs.

Items are graded visual inspection and the grading of the items (sleeves and vinyl) may or may not vary over time due to the possible mishandling by people browsing the items at local record fairs or at my premises and as such all orders are cleaned and checked prior to shipping and if there is any plausible difference I will message to advise if the grading of the vinyl or sleeve differs to the grading of the item ordered.

Sometimes a record that visually look NM can have noise/crackle and the opposite also can occur where an item may look G+ or VG visually but plays VG+. I will usually check higher priced items audio quality before grading them and will grade higher priced items based on the audio/sound quality irrespective of whether there is surface scuffs/scratches. Lower (under $20AU) items I will usually just grade visually and if when looking at the item whilst cleaning to send I feel there's a need to check the audio quality I will do so and advise any difference to the listed grading if a lesser grading and offer discount when/if such occurs or the option to remove the item from, or cancel, the order and part/full refund the item/order.

Essentially, if the variation is significant I will offer either a part refund option to proceed with the order with grading variation, or the option to cancel the order completely from my side as "item/s unavailable" and issue a full refund.

If there's a problem with an item received simply message me with details of the problem and we'll work it out.

I'm only happy if my buyers are happy! :-)

Shipping price covers postage cost, record mailing packaging/boxes (or padded envelopes), inner cardboard protective stiffeners, packing tape, labels, printer ink and any other shipping related consumables used.

International orders:
PLEASE NOTE: If your country's government/customs/postal service asks for (taxes/VAT) payment to receive/collect your order, which you have already paid, you must Discogs as it is Discogs who collects/receives the VAT/taxes amount from your payment and should be forwarding the taxes/VAT to your authorities, not me. I do not receive the taxes/VAT portion of payments from orders made, which is deducted from your payment and forwarded by Paypal to Discogs.

NB: All international orders (outside Australia buyers) will be sent by shipping with international tracking which is why the postage rates for international locations may seem/appear high.

Local (Newcastle, NSW Australia) buyers can pick up if convenient!

Australian buyers can order via PM and pay by direct deposit or EFT (I will advise bank details via private message), or can collect in person and pay cash on pickup if nearby Newcastle (NSW) and want to collect in person.

Items/records are sent/shipped in either cardboard mailers or bubble wrap envelopes (4-10 items only) with cardboard stiffeners on top and bottom to ensure item/s arrive undamaged!
