All orders are being dispatched from 2 up to 6 working days after payment is cleared.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

1. According to PayPal policy, sellers are authorized to ship the item(s) to the PayPal postal address of the buyers. Therefore, please make sure that your Discogs postal address matches the PayPal postal address.

2. All items are visually graded. Possible imperfections are being referred in the Comments field.

3. We do not send audio clips or videos!

4. We do not rip CDs.

5. Shipments to Canada, Brasil, Argentina require more patience by part of the buyers than any other destination worldwide.

6. Jewel cases are not graded, according to "Goldmine Grading System", because may be broken in transit and can easily be replaced at a very low cost. Please note that sellers are not required to refund buyers for cracked or broken jewel cases.
People who collect jewel cases go buy elsewhere!

7. We take pictures of all items before sending and we are supplied with a machine that detects photo shops. So do not attempt to send fake pictures for complaint!

8. Returns are accepted only from European Union countries.

9. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not simply leave negative or neutral as that helps no one.
Simply us by e-mail and we will try to resolve your concerns within 48 hours no matter how small.
We cannot resolve your concerns if we are uninformed.
