U.S. CUSTOMERS SHIPPING INFORMATION
• Buyer pays $7 flat rate shipping via Media Mail. $1 extra for each addicional LP.
• By default, orders ship via USPS Media Mail. Media Mail usually takes about 7-12 days to be delivered. Delivery time is NOT guaranteed and may take longer than 7-12 days.
• Priority Mail shipping is available for an additional charge. Priority Mail usually takes about 1-3 days to be delivered. Delivery time is NOT guaranteed and may take longer than 3 days. If the package is not delivered in time we cannot be responsible for refunding the postage paid as USPS will not refund us for the postage paid.
• LPs are packaged in sturdy cardboard mailers with several layers of padding.
• Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address on DISCOGS. If the address you provided on Discogs is not accurate please message us as soon as possible with the correct address via Discogs, not direct email.
• If the package is shipped to the incorrect address per the buyer's error, the buyer must pay to have the albums shipped again and are responsible for any postal service charges when the package is returned to us. If the buyer prefers a refund we will process a refund for the order less the original shipping charge and any postal service charges from the package being returned. Please triple check your address to help avoid this! Returned packages are no fun for anybody. If the package is shipped to the incorrect address per our error, we will of course reship the package for no extra charge.

• We cannot refund your shipping charge. If you do not agree to this please do not place an order with us.
• If a package arrives damaged due to mishandling by postal employees in transit, we can not be held responsible. No returns, no exchanges. If you do not agree to this please do not place an order with us.
• Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the items plus the weight of the packing materials. us for a quote for the exact items you want, or see below for estimated shipping costs.
• We CANNOT mark a package as a gift.
• Customs duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
• Delivery usually takes 2-6 weeks, but can take longer as it depends on your location and your local postal carriers. If it is taking longer than expected you must your local customs department or post office for further information on the whereabouts of the package. The only information we have is the same information available to you on the tracking website.
• Orders are shipped to the provided Discogs shipping address unless otherwise noted by the buyer at the time of placing the order. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the buyer on Discogs, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping charge again and are responsible for any postal service charges when the package is returned to us. If the buyer prefers a refund we will process a refund for the order less the original shipping charge and any postal service charges from the package being returned.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to their local post office or customs department to schedule delivery or check if the package is waiting for pickup.
• If a package is returned due to the buyer failing to schedule for delivery or pick the package up from customs/post office, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping charge again and are responsible for any postal service charges when the package is returned to us. If the buyer prefers a refund we will process a refund for the order less the original shipping charge and any postal service charges from the package being returned.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
• We prefer if payment is made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, and are set to auto-cancel an order if it is not paid within 5 days. If an order is auto-cancelled due to non-payment you may us, we are happy to open the order back up.
• We cannot be held responsible for theft - if theft occurs you must USPS and/or the police.
• We cannot be held responsible if a package is marked as "Return To Sender" but does not return to us.
• If you do not pay to insure your package we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Insurance must be requested upon placing your order.

RETURNS:
• If a record is defective you may us to see about a replacement or refund. Returns for defective merchandise must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the purchase. Depending on the situation, we may be able to process an exchange, but if not then a return and refund will most likely be what is settled upon. Vinyl can be a finicky and inconsistent format and we hope that buyers understand that and work with us as well.
