ed post airmail is the default way of shipping. ed means that you get a tracking number and you have to sign upon delivery. Unfortunately the Post Office in some countries is either too busy or too lazy to follow this procedure. Courier deliveries are also available upon request, with extra charge on the buyer.

In the case that the buyer is not happy, for any reason, with the items he received, a return policy is available: he may send back the items to the seller, by buyer's own return shipping expenses. PACKING COST
All orders are shipped in carton boxes. 7” boxes take 1-6 records. LP boxes take 1 record, 1-3 records or 3-6 records. Please try to place orders that fit into these sizes. CDs and cassettes are mailed inside padded envelopes which take 1-2 CDs or, on occasion, more. A small packing cost is included on shipping rates.

All orders are shipped worldwide from Cyprus through the Cyprus Post Office by ed mail, usually within 1-3 business days.
