This is Standard Air mail and if you want tracking options outside of

Absolutely no refunds on records sold (in most situations)
In the case the wrong item was sent, that would be an exception.

Broken records in transit (rare but does happen) will be dealt
with on a individual basis and will require
full communication, photo evidence, to come to a
balanced solution for both buyer and seller, and there will
be consideration of a PARTIAL refund in the case of a broken record
but not guaranteed. Sometimes manufacture defects will qualify as a ‘broken record’
(non fill for example) so this can be also consideration for partial refund.
The best solution for this risk is you the customer to request / purchase
insurance and tracking for your item.

** Please understand 99.9% of items I sell are of used / vintage quality that
were not purchased from the manufacturer so there is no guarantee or
function of ‘returns’ for same item, as the same item probably does not exist
in stock. Even sealed records I may sell, are 30-50 years old.
If I did in the case having multiple copies, it would be something
to consider to exchange the same item if item sent was wrong / damaged.

*ALL GRADING IS BASED ON THE VISUAL
VINYL CONDITION FIRST !

GRADING OF JACKET AND OTHER MATERIALS
SUCH AS INSERTS, ARE SECONDARY AND WILL BE
NOTED IN DESCRIPTION.

Grading is based on both visual and basic audio quality
(I cannot guarantee all albums / singles were listened to
critically ALL THE WAY THROUGH due to time constraints)

Records are tested on modified Technics 1200MKII
with Line stylus (Audio Technica) or Shibata.

Records are cleaned in one or all of the following methods -
-Manual hand cleaning
-Mechanized - Vacuum cleaning system
-Ultrasonic immersion.

SS = still sealed

MINT = opened from sealed, no damage.

NM to EX+ = possibly never played or seldom.
(may have a slight superficial mark on vinyl - paper scuffing for example,
nothing that affects sound quality)

EX to VG++ = visibly clean - minimal scuffs -signs lightly played not perfect an acceptable collector copy.

VG+ = obviously used - mostly distortion free - some scuffing lite marks
non intrusive scratches - random clicks or pops no skips- still in the realm of
a nice play copy with non distorted sound.

VG- = play copy - used - minimal distortion, pops, clicks (but are a factor)
no skipping, no sticking, no jumping - (*mild warp not dramatic is acceptable in this grade) Considered good play copies but not pretty.

G = Records in playable but rough shape overall - lines, marks
physical scratches. Skips will be mentioned if a factor and possible warps or damage will be noted. We try to avoid selling this low grade.

P = poor condition records, probably not found for sale. This means they are damaged, not playable, melted ect.
