I use new Whiplash LP shipping boxes. All LPs will have an aftermarket internal dust sleeve or a high quality original. All LPs will be sold with an outer jacket protector, some are new, and some are older and are of the more cloudy sort. The buyer pays shipping. If the buyer has special requests concerning shipping, I am open to a discussion. Discogs' postage estimator sometimes over-estimates postage cost, particularly for larger orders, more than 4 LPs or more than 4 CDs. Both international postage and larger orders (multiple CDs and LPs) are particularly not accurately calculated, and I have issued partial refunds on postage in both of these instances.

CDs: CDs will be mailed in bubble-wrap padded mailing envelopes. If more than 2 CDs are purchased, they may be shipped in one box.
I do not add fees or “up charge” shipping, though I do include the cost of shipping supplies in my charges. I have successfully shipped LPs and CDs to the EU, Canada, Australia and Japan.
A copy of the invoice will be inside the box. International (outside the US) may not be returned. I will ship within 4 days of receipt of payment unless I am out of town ( I am a private collector liquidating my 50 year collection of LPs and CDs). I will email you and let you know if there will be a delay in shipment. If your Discogs address & Paypal address differ, please notify.

After you place your order, you will receive an invoice. Invoices not paid within 7 days will be canceled and re-listed.
Near Mint will have no marks or defects to the vinyl and maintains its original luster. Very minimal handling. It will look like-new.
VG+ is a nicely used, good sounding record with minimal wear, possible superficial marks.
VG record will have occasional surface noise and possibly audible scratches.
Good+ & Good records are listenable but will have significant surface noise. Not for the discerning audiophile, but rather to cheaply fill in a collection.
Fair is barely listenable & Poor is okay to look at but not listen to. I am a conservative grader. However, if a disc or item is graded as VG or below it is not a perfect item and is sold as-is. I also make every effort to describe the basic flaws - nothing is hidden. However, it is reasonable to expect that with lower graded items turntable and other playback experiences can vary.
