Record grading is strictly visual and objectively non-professional. Some labels and sleeves may have stickers, holes, writing, sticker residue, or torn label from sticker removal. Most of the items on inventory are pre-owned and may not have the necessary posters, inner and outer sleeves. If you are a picky collector, please email me first for questions on the condition of the item. I am not a professional curator and may not be able to describe ALL the minute details on the condition of the item. CD grading is ONLY applicable for the discs and inners and not the jewel case as the jewel case could easily be scratched or broken in transit but could also be easily replaced. If for any reason you are unsatisfied when you receive your item, please me prior to leaving , I will do everything in my power to make your experience a positive one.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Before placing an order, be sure that you clearly understand the customs and importation laws and requirements in your country and provide me with the necessary information and specific instructions. It is your responsibility to secure import permits if your country so requires. From my end, I will facilitate the exportation process based on the information you provided and based on standard international commerce requirements which include the provision of HS code, Discogs IOSS/Tax ID number in cases where Discogs collects tax on behalf of the receiving country, customs declaration with HS code, buyer address and phone number, and description of products. It is my responsibility to facilitate export processing from Canada, however, once the parcel arrives in your country, it is your responsibility to facilitate customs clearance including payment of import fees and other related fees. It is not my responsibility to facilitate customs clearance once the parcel arrives in your country.
