ITEM PRICING INCLUDES FEES
Discogs and PayPal fees are rolled into the cost of the item. Note that fees are calculated against the entire order including tax and shipping, so I used the packaging and postage associated with an order of one item at an average US sales tax rate of 5% when calculating these fees. Therefore, all of the items themselves have become "more expensive" but the overall Shipping charge has become "less expensive". When you do all the math, it basically evens out.

GRADING
- By default, I rate Media and Sleeve Conditions as Very Good Plus (VG+). Most are that good or better.
- If there is something significantly wrong, I do rate accordingly and add the issue(s) as a comment. Am I perfect at this? No, I am not - I might very well miss something, and if I see it when I'm packing up the order, I'll message you about it before shipping to let you decided if you still want it.
- CD jewel cases are not included in the Sleeve rating unless uniquely specific to the release.

BUYING
- Buyer pays shipping and packaging costs.
- Buyer is responsible for any damage or loss during shipping unless insured.
- In the event that a title cannot be found in inventory or is found to have a defect that was not disclosed in the Condition Comments, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel the order if desired.
- Order will automatically be cancelled if payment is not made within 5 calendar days after invoice.
- If you place an international order, the buyer’s phone number is required to create a shipping label. This is a Discogs/USPS requirement, not mine. If you don’t want to give out your number, I won’t be able to ship it, so don’t bother ordering. If you give me a false number, be prepared to have your items sit in customs for a long, long time. The way international shipping has been lately, you should probably plan to wait that long anyway and hope for the best.

SHIPPING **** Updated 1/19/2025 for USPS Rate Increase ****
- Domestic: $5.35 + $0.35 per additional disc (e.g. shipping for a 2-disc set would be $4.85 + $0.35 = $5.20). The base charge only covers actual expenses – no profit is built into this value. For transparency, those expenses are: USPS Media Mail postage purchased through PayPal via ShipStation, packaging materials (mailer, bubble wrap, label, fragile sticker, packing tape and printer toner) and the overhead associated only with totes needed for storing and protecting my inventory. For anyone with knowledge of overhead allocation, you understand how many items are left out of this overhead cost (i.e. I absorb those).
- International: The shipping charge for overseas orders is automatically applied based on the number of items ordered and the destination. While the expenses are mostly the same as those for domestic shipping, the PayPal fee is higher, the postage is assigned per the current United States Postal Service First-Class Package International Service rates (found in the latest revision of USPS Notice 123), and the packaging materials are more robust (and therefore more expensive) to withstand international travel.
- Insurance is available for an extra charge if desired.
- Buyer may specify alternate shipping method when ordering. Charges for both are based on the courier's current pricing for these services.
- All titles are shipped in their original cases with covers unless otherwise specified.
- All items in a single order will be shipped together in one package.

PAYMENT
- PayPal is the only payment method accepted.
