AUTOMATED SHIPPING POLICY UPDATE:
Due to problems with Discogs' new shipping calculator, multiple LPs or mixed orders (LPs + 7"s or CDs, etc) will often be misquoted and there is no option for insurance to be added. If you are a customer outside the USA and have placed an order with multiple items, please do not pay for your order immediately. Give up to 24 hours for me to review the order and the invoiced shipping price.

Shipments to the EU are charged VAT and Australian customers are also automatically charged 10% GST. Effective Jan 1, 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include the recipient's Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations and shipping labels. Any shipments missing the recipient's Tax ID will be subject to return, or even disposal, by Brazilian Customs.

Note On Grading:
NM is my highest grade for vinyl even if an item is still sealed.

How Items Are Shipped:
All LPs/45s are shipped in cardboard mailers specifically designed for LPs/45s. All LPs will be shipped outside of the jacket in a poly outer sleeve. Box sets will ship with LPs inside box. Individual CDs will ship in a padded envelope.

SHIPPING:
Buyer is responsible for shipping. I will only ship to addresses that match the address on the Paypal transaction.

PLEASE NOTE: USA to international shipping rates continue to be very expensive. The best way to save on shipping is to buy more than one record, which will lower your per-record shipping cost. In most cases, 2 records will ship for the same price as 1.

Insurance is NOT included and if desired must be arranged prior to shipment (please mention you would like insurance with the initial order). All orders over $75 MUST ship with insurance. If a different shipping method is desired please request your chosen shipping method either with your initial order or prior to it and I will provide a quote. Everything is determined by weight, so box sets or multiple LP sets will incur additional costs.

Please note: we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in-transit by the USPS if your tracking information states that it was delivered!

We are also not responsible for any damaged packages caused by postal service, freight forwarder, or courier inspection/mishandling if you do not request and purchase insurance!

[b]INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All orders over $75 must ship with insurance. If your package weighs less than 4 pounds you have a choice between First Class International (airmail, no tracking number) and Priority Mail International (airmail, some insurance included). For packages weighing more than 4 pounds you will have a choice between Priority Mail International and Express Mail International. Cost will be determined by weight and destination. Import duties, taxes, VAT, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

BRAZIL

Effective Jan 1, 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include the recipient's Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations and shipping labels. Any shipments missing the recipient's Tax ID will be subject to return, or even disposal, by Brazilian Customs.

There are several different Tax IDs that can be used when shipping to Brazil, including:
- F -Individual Tax ID, similar to U.S.A.'s Social Security number
- CNPJ - Business Tax ID
- port Number

RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is preferable to come to a mutual agreement with a partial refund. Due to the high cost of shipping these days, returns for full refunds rarely make sense, but are possible if the situation calls for it. Any returned items must be in the same condition they were in when they left my inventory, and not modified or substituted in any way. Refunds that are no fault of my own will be minus the Paypal fee (approx 4%-8% depending on your country and order amount) since Paypal no longer refunds fees to sellers. This also applies to orders that are paid for but cancelled by the buyer before shipping. Buyer pays return shipping unless reason for return is a clear error by seller.

Note regarding STILL SEALED records:

I always open any sealed records that I suspect of being a re-seal or possibly warped, but it is impossible for me to be 100% accurate in guessing their contents. Upon request, I will open a sealed record for you AFTER you have paid for it but BEFORE sending it. If there is any problem, I will refund you 100%. But if the record is sent to you sealed, you are buying it AS-IS, with no possibility for refund.
