Hohe Punktzahl für eine für mich nicht beschreibare Musik. Ich habe diese Platte mehrmals gehört und finde sie einfach schön. Sie jetzt einfach nur als Rockmusik zu bezeichnen, wäre vielleicht zu einfach, haben sich schließlich fremde und neue Musikstile in diese Platte eingeschlichen. Diese drei Herren sind auf jeden Fall ein Lichtblick in der Rockmusik der 90´er Jahre. Keine Frage. Leider sind sie noch unentdeckt, ihnen wäre aber Erfolg zu gönnen, das steht für mich fest. Ihr lest schon, ich versuche um den heißen Brei herumzuschreiben, aber ich kann Euch diese Platte schlecht beschreiben. Da sind einmal die orientalisch angehauchten Songs "(Thinking and wondering) what I´m gonna do" und "Picture", dann rotzfreche wie "Looking for love", aber auch gefühlvolle wie "Lies in the sand (the ballad of...)". Bei "American cheese (Jerry´s pianto)" werden sie sogar Beatles-lastig, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist. Auch stören die ständigen Wiederholungen der Refrains in "Sometime" und "A box" nicht. Schlußbemerkung: Wer diese Band nicht gut findet, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen.
