Classic G-Funk release with great tracks. Pressed on heavy vinyl and it sounds pretty good…and it doesn’t skip!

Edited 4 years agoI do not have any problems with this release. Sound quality is really good. Especially the first track Murder Was The Case is mastered very well with great dynamics. One More Day is my favourite song on this particular album and it sounds great. Happy with this release. [ Playing this using an Ortofon 2M Black Cartridge with Mani Shiit preamp. ]

I became this version today and thought it's a bit heavier as usual.. The not very exact kitchen scale said about 180 gram.
Can anybody confirm that or has anyone made the same experience? Cause there's nothing mentionend in the discogs description.. THANKS!! -

Sounds better than the original release, as do all of these Death Row vinyl repressing. At least when I was buying them in the early 2000s. Chronic & Doggystyle were vastly better!
