Edited 3 years agoThe pressing is relatively quiet. It matters with this kind of music, which is not dynamic, so any surface noise is easier to pick out. . . . This vinyl version is rated lower than some of the CD versions. . . .

while the sleeve is quite flimsy and makes putting a record away into a hassle, the pressing itself while quiet plays perfectly. just make sure to crank up your sound system

Excellent music, one of the best albums ever made, but the sleeve on this version is very simple and thin cardboard - and not even gatefold. Sub Pop could make it better, but of course they smell the dollars here (produce as cheap as possible -> win maximum).
