Edited 19 years agoFront 242's HEADHUNTER is a groundbreaking track for EBM and industrial music in general -- the first real worldwide industrial hit. But it happened to a completely deserving track -- immediately recognizable from the few notes and thoroughly danceable. "Welcome to Paradise" is more sample-based, but is a great send-up of American religious attitudes nonetheless. Sure, there's a lot of nostalgia wrapped up with this track, but if it came over the speaker of a club today, do you think I'd sit in my seat? I would not.
