Released in a 4- clear-tray Digipak with die-cut slot; includes a 4-page booklet, no lyrics.
No track durations appear on the release, they were taken by a computer.
The title "Dream." is printed mirrored and inverted as "mɒɘɿb" on the cover. Furthermore, the dot does not appear on the disc label and inner , but on the spine and CD-Text title.
Tracks 11 to 13 are additional live tracks of the 2nd release not available on the 1st release.
