I strongly disagree with those discarding the rest of the album in favor of "Max". While the latter is arguably the "hit" of the record and one of my most favorite pieces of music, the sound design of the rest of this album is just out of this world. Listening to the first handful of tracks and especially track 3 on headphones while falling asleep was a transforming experience. In that sublime state of lingering on the brink of waking, "Dreamscape Generation" feels like lying amidst myriads of tiny, hard crystals, showering you, surrounding you, enveloping you. An incredible album that immediately secured itself a spot among the most cherished pieces of music in my collection. Stunning. -
Does anyone know if and when the vinyl of this album is getting released? On the Editions Mego Soundcloud page I saw that both the CD and LP would be released on the 22nd of June but so far no sign of the vinyl. Thanks!
