Deep groove for the 1st mono original issue is only on A side, not on both.
Anyway, there are several deep grooved Blue Note labels after BLP 4079.
BLP 4058 is the last in an unbroken sequence of 2 sided deep groove pressing, but because of the newly designed centers without the raised rim, deep groove pressing has been random used up to BLP 4207.
BLP is the last of 30 additional 2-sided deep groove pressings after BLP 4058.
These notes according to Frederick Cohen's book "Blue Note Records - A Guide for Identifying Original Pressings".
If you don't own the guide, see here for some details: https://londonjazzcollector.wordpress.com/record-labels-guide/labelography-2/ljc-guide-to-1st-pressings/
Hope this helps. -

thanks for the help! -
Hey wait a minute! What happened between 1964 and 1977? - the period of Division of Liberty (1966-70) and Division of United Artists(1970 - 73) were a golden era for first and second reissues.
I have a magnificent stereo reissue under "Division of Liberty" according to this chronolgy neither Liberty not UA bothered to reissue this classic album - one of the jewels in the crown of their purchase of the label?
