I bought this new at the now departed Tower Records in Atlanta and it did not include a CD as this release entry suggests.
-
Just received mine ordered from Saddle Creek online store - included a 2015 music catalog booklet and NO CD, just a code. Spine says LBJ-73

Can anyone help me identify the version I have? I purchased it a long time ago and assume it's an early pressing. The insert includes a Saddle Creek order form from 2004. There are no bar codes (sticker didn't survive if it ever had one) and the center label is light blue with white random digits with the exception of a black "1" for side A and a black "2" for side B. Any help is greatly appreciated. - A
