Nice double LP - prefer to Story of The Who , if just for the rare tracks and of course the original My Generation & Anyway Anyhow Anywhere inclusion… still no I can’t explain

I managed to get a VG+ copy of this for a fiver .. wouldn’t have paid much more for this, but nice addition to my Who collection.
Strange Euro compilation from the 70s , some nice rare b-sides & ep tracks etc , but as far as ‘best of’ titles , lacking in most obvious songs ( I can’t explain / Won’t get fooled again / Together etc etc ) nice collage of photos in gatefold centre… but some very dubious dating of tracks printed. -
this is a great 2 lp compilation that was released in both and in the mid 70s, the south african pressing has it most correct with the same sleeve and inside photos BUT with the date stating 1965 TO 1975. anyway the sleeves are laminated and the inside gatefold has a very nice array of vintage photos from the 60s and early 70s, good tracklisting to but mostly run of the mill who songs, great compilation though this one is certainly a keeper weather you buy the french, german or south african pressing, i have the french and south arfican pressings not the german.....
