If track A1 doesn’t have you punching thin air then nothing will. Solid groovy techno from the maestro.

These songs are a prime example of aggresive, yet groovy, oldskool techno!
Recommended for techno lovers! -
Great EP. Really sums up the techno of its time. Viscreral and brash yet with funk and soul. Something that is sadly lost these days with the plodding "Berghain" techno.

Edited 18 years agoIf You play techno, especially with this special, neapolitan edge of house, You just have to own this record, for it is more than just a tool. It is THE Gaetano Parisio signature release, featuring all the crazy shuffled trademark hihat action, delayed closed hihats and overwhelmingly groovy baselines. Almost all the tracks are upfront funky with a nice detroit reference. Possibly his best selling record ever, it was and is still known to almost all techno aficionados. Probably also one of the best drumcode records ever which -among other neapolitan producers- has initiated a special branch of techno, which was very common from 1999 throughout the first few years of this new millenium until the trend turned back, elaborating the minimal techno styles created in the early and mid-nineties.
