Awesome record. & by the way… If “Mastered by Capitol” isn’t stamped on both sides of the deadwax, ITS NOT AN ORIGINAL. Don’t get scammed, folks.

Edited 7 months agoGreat pressing. Randomly saw it on the wall at my local record store for $30 years ago. Love this album, one of my favorites in the BJM discography. Anton was messed up on heroin during the recording so Matt Hollywood helped a lot during the making of this record

It’s been a while since I’ve listened to the CD, but this sounds quite good. I believe this was a digital recording based on a scene from Dig! when they are recording this album and are requesting a DA88. Regardless I suspect this sounds better than the recent reissues judging by the reviews. Maybe Anton will press this one day on his A Records label. Until then it’s worth seeking out a copy.
There were some boots floating around on black vinyl for a while, look for the proper Matrix code and Mastered at Capitol stamp.
