Sam Shephered was certainly feeling in the mood for some Theo Parrish when he laid Montparnasse down. And that is no bad thing at all. Great record both sides.

        my labels are also swapped.

also both sides seem to be glued together wrong / sloppy. you can see it when looking close at the edges at the "montparnasse" side (with "king bromeliad" label). the same side wobbles / is warped. its extrem when starting the vinyl, but gets better as longer the track plays. not sure if its the same for the others or if i just was unlucky. i had this since i bought the vinyl right after release.

        sound is good though.

the muffled sound BeniBateman mentions might be that the song starts kind of "silent" and gets more dynamic and louder with play. i think this is intended. but i see what you mean!

          Label also swapped.

The sound on my copie seem to be muffle (especialy on montparnasse). Is it the same for you.

          Thanx

Lovely pressing, but my cover was marred by a quarter-circle of black ring-wear. Happily, a white plastic eraser removed it easily.
Labels also swapped, maybe we're all gonna be rich some day?! Also 33/45, I Basic Channel and others using this jolly wheeze too...
