This is a nice pressing all around. Much better than the Superior Viaduct reissue and the best you can do outside an original press, which are out of reach for most. Could not find any information on the source but doubt this is from master tapes. Probably a needle drop. My copy sounds loud with nice separation of the instruments. My press does not have the low volume others are reporting. Highly recommended listening! -
Anyone else's repress have one of the sax tracks significantly lowered in volume on Shakey Jake? Seems to be something missing on my pressing versus the recording on youtube.
