I know a lot of fans of the Clean prefer their early recordings that are mire Lofi and everything, but to me this album “Vehicle” and this particular pressing from 2013 is incredible. It’s full of great songs - in fact it’s hard for me to listen to the side 2 if I put it side 1 first because I want to just listen to side 1 again, even though the side 2 great too. And it sounds awesome; my copy is just incredible sounding on vinyl.
So I would say don’t dismiss it if you’re a fan of the band just because it was an album that was more slickly produced and released later than some of the more famous earlier records.
