A lot of Decca group solid centres were pressed for test purposes then staff were able to take them home as they were unfinished.
They are usually slightly larger than standard pressings with a rough uncut sharp edge to the disc.
These records were usually housed in a plain white sleeve rather than a Decca company sleeve.
I purchased dozens of different releases from an ex-employee of Decca in New Malden (near where I live) and the seller told me they were allowed to take them home after they were finished with.
