This was massive in Sheffield and when you listen to it loud you can see why every track is a killer but the b side rules for me

Edited 14 years agohmm...call it deep house if you want...sounds like a classy sheffield bleep EP to me

Edited 14 years agoI believe this is the only record on Plus 8 which is featuring female vocal sample. Sounds like a tech-house record from Swayzak but that time they did not even exist. Classic detroitish handclaps and ride patterns give this song the reason to be released on Plus 8. "Give us the answer" is the vocal saying. Sounds like Sinead O' Connor but I am not good with this pop thing could also be just a girl from the street in Detroit. This refers to the track labeled Motion.
Sorry this refers to the other single "The Answer" not this Motion Track -
Edited 2 years agofantastic deep techno release from 1991, representing the smooth side of Plus8 (if any). Deep electronic, quite slow, and haunting. "EQ" also feel like a kind of nod to the UK bleep movement of that time. Priceless.
