Notes

Recorded live at Studio J. Although self-titled, the album is often referred to as "Live 2" or "2nd".

Gatefold paper sleeve with 20 page booklet on textured black paper. The obi carries the statement「一五0分の輪廻 長すぎるか 短すぎるか 君の心のとろけかた次第さ サイケデリックの逆説」("150 minutes of soul transmigration. Too long or too short? That depends on just how your heart melts. The paradox of psychedelia.")

This album is known colloquially as "Live 2" (Fushitsusha - 不失者 1st being "Live 1"), a live album, despite having an obi stating that was recorded in a studio, namely "Studio J".

Keiji Haino's book "Sasageru" states that some of the tracks on this come from a concert in August 1990 memorializing the Nihon Genya Festival of 1971. Fushitsusha performed at this show under the name "Lost Aaraaff" alongside old and new Japanese experimental acts such as Acid Seven, A-Musik and The 5,6,7,8s.

That this album contains live recordings is also backed up by the audio itself. For instance the first track, a rendition of "Umaku dekinai" which first appeared on Keiji Haino - わたしだけ?, contains lots of audience noises at the start and the end of the track.

So rather than being strictly a studio or live album, it seems that this album is a hybrid or a compilation of sorts. Much like how Live 1 seems to contain excerpts of two different performances.
