Was revisiting this album recently via the 2009 Esoteric reissue, and was really unhappy with the mastering, so I took a chance on this one.
The experience is like night and day. The mastering on this is rock solid with plenty of dynamics and tape hiss. The drums hit hard, and the acoustic guitars are quiet and clear. No fatiguing listening here like on the 2009 CD. It's a really pleasurable listen.
