Re-mastered at Masterpiece Mastering, Fulham by Mark St. John and Andy Pearce from the original EMI mono masters, following the original cutting notes, Defecting Grey mastered from the original 10" acetate found in John Povey's loft!

The booklet is copied from the Snapper SMMCD 565 CD, and therefore erroneously refers to the "mono masters" and the "10'' acetate" used for Defecting Grey on the back side. Defecting Grey (track 14) is in fact the regular mono single version.

This must surely be from a record ,it has pops, clicks ,crackle and can be heard by those listening reasonably carefully, just like a vinyl transfer ..I dont understand either that it is STEREO remastered from the original "MONO" masters .
