From the back cover:

CANAXIS 5 was written in the light year 77, sometimes called the year of Galactical Score Expedition.Time elapsed between the first founding of the lunar calender with with the man's first cough on the moon cow settlement.Leaving behind a flag that waved in a strong moon storm!Plastic man turned himself around on the planet of the moon, trying to reach CANAXIS 5.Which is the galaxy of the sound expedition?
It was lightning's stroke procedure onto a 45 track recorder, engineered by the robots Ho and Ro.Their laboratory was a stationary space with an orbit outside of the planet KO ––– ,produced with a better equipment which was connected electronically with the Inner Space Production's Sound Space Team in a little village in Vietnam.
There you can find a secret computer center of all greater kinds of coloured lightnings.

The voices of the women singing on track A1 were taken from Various - Music Of Viet Nam (Folkways Records ‎– FE 4352, 1965), A side, track #7.
So track A1 should not be named Ho-Mai-Nhi (The Boat Woman Song) but Doh Dam Tara (Love Song).
Ho-Mai-Nhi is track B11 of Various - Music Of Viet Nam.
This song belongs to the traditions of the Cham people, based in southern Viet Nam and Cambodia.

"Cham folklore has many love songs--they are called DODAM DARA. These are poems sung to sad melodies." (Music of Viet Nam by Pham Duy, Ⓒ 1965 Folkways records & Services Corp.)

I'm a bit confused. There seem to be 2 totally different "Epilogue" tracks on different releases. One that's 2:13 (a loop) and the other that's 4:36 (sounds like alien children with a woman talking in the background). Someone please help me figure out where the 4 minute one came from. For 5 years I thought this was the version on most reissues.

What's the choir and orchestra sample at the very beginning? It sounds very ominous

        Original LP version
A...1. HO MAI NIM (Vietnamese Boat Woman Song) 17'05" / 17'20 on label
        B...2. SHOOK EYES AMMUNITION 23'57" / 24'30 on label
        LP (Music Factory SRS 002) © 1969 «41'15"»

        Spoon LP/CD reissue differences
        1. BOAT-WOMAN-SONG 17'39" (is not longer, but is a slow tape about 1% slow, which fades, and misses the end)
        2. CANAXIS 20'21" (omits 3 sections totalling 3½ minutes)
The master they used (a cassette?) is hissy with static snaps and crackle!
The Spoon CD also includes a 1960 recording of Holger's jazz band.

The Revisited CD, although it says it is remastered, is pretty much the same as the Spoon one, with a little of the tape hiss removed, but is of less sharp definition. CANAXIS also has the hiss tail-off missed and is 20'15". It includes 2 bonus tracks from 1999 of no relevance to the original release.

        From the Can Book
In 1969, Czukay released the LP Canaxis 5 with Rolf Dammers. It comprised of some tapes of ethnic music collages mixed with Czukay's bass playing. Holger Czukay: "I met Rolf during my studies with Stockhausen, he was a musician as well as a great painter, a very sensible person. The whole concept came from both of us. In fact, when I listen to Canaxis today, I wonder if the original ethnic music is not better than what we did with it..."

Based on that, one could assume that in reality Canaxis 5 was actually more Rolf Dammer's project than Holger's, in that Rolf was an "accomplished sound engineer and technician" according to another source. Of course, Holger's final comment above is utter nonsense!
