Just purchased a mint copy of this release, even though I own half a dozen other versions (both old and more recent releases). The sound quality is excellent. It is very clear and detailed, with a solid base and extended, but smooth highs. The mixing has hit the sweet spot between sounding clinical in its clarity and sounding full and rich musically. The soundstage is also noticeably larger than other versions I've listened to, with some songs having a deeper soundstage. If you can find a good copy, then buy it. Definitely a keeper and the best sounding release of this album that I own.

I have compared this to first Japaese, first US, 30th anniversary, MOFI, and 2016 pressings and this is the best. It is frankly incredible and easily in the top 5 of my collection. It had the super quietness and detail of the Japanese with the bass and impact of the US. It's mesmerizing at times and shows how 33 rpm can at times match if not exceed 45 rpm. Supposedly the only thing that can beat this is early UK press, but I wonder if this actually uses the same master.

I can say this is one of my best sounding originals. Stunning and a rediscovery of the Moon record !

I don't know if this pressing uses the original UK stampers or not but wow does it sound incredible. This is better than my 30th anniversary edition. I haven't heard an original UK to compare it to, but I cannot imagine this album can sound that much better than how this pressing sounds.
