Now that uncle Bob (GBV) slows down a bit here's finally another artist who
has the abilities and the dedication to write songs that get stuck in your
head forever. Album of the year. -
Received my copy today and it had a deep scratch on one side. Some quality control would be nice. -
I cannot and forever will not be able to ever express how simply perfect this album is and how much I love it. Kai is a generational talent and his band is fucking awesome and worth seeing live—just so thankful I’m living in a time where this sorta magic still exists and can transport your soul to a higher plane. Classic album and I can’t wait to see where he goes over the coming years.

Embodiment of indie pop. The Whimsy of K and the pop sensibility of Pollard esq genius is strong with these boys. 10 outta 10 for me.

An incredibly well mastered record! Very next to nuthin’ surface noise and punchy sound to compliment all these incredible tunes! GBV, Big Star, and of course Beatles fans rejoice!!!

2025 album of the year so far for me...so great. Love the pressing too *but* I did have an unfortunately loud pop/thud around the middle of Track 1. Anyone else have this issue? -
