Luckily, I can echo the previous two comments: my copy is flawless. No surface noise, no distortion or non-fill. The music has that Bees-y analogue sound, just like Free The Bees and Sunshine Hit Me. The 10" EP is awesome: their cover of Portishead's The Rip is just gorgeous (it was originally recorded live, straight to vinyl). Looks like the 2018 batch had issues, but this newer repress doesn't. Order away with hope and courage, everyone!

Also very happy with my copy. Bought it new from Amazon uk, imported from Amazon us at a fairly reasonable price. Ep and CD included, all in perfect condition, and to my ears plays and sounds great.

Counter opinion on this pressing. It's just fine! I bought this years back, having owned the UK original, but not knowing about this bonus 10". Firstly, the UK pressing did not look great, despite being new - lots of marks/swirls within the vinyl (not scratches, just visible within the vinyl) and a fair bit of background noise. This US one, though, has no such marks, and has absolutely no background noise, and I do not have any of the issues listed below. It's a low noise floor. No non-fill, no distortion, nothing. So either the previous guy just got unlucky, or I got lucky. Either way, I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this, especially at the low prices quoted for it. It's brilliant album, and their production and mastering has always been about analogue goodness, and this sounds great to me. Good clarity, nice depth for what is meant to sound quite lo-fi and unfussy in its approach.

OMG. I mean where do I start? This is an absolutely terrible, unconscionably bad pressing. Noise, distortion, and non-fill all over both sides. Unlistenable really. I'm going to try finding a UK pressing. It could not possibly be worse than this pressing. This is a really fun record with garage rock, 60's psychedelic, funk, and more. Really underrated.
