Someone please just re-issue this so we aren't all at the mercy of cunty hipster investor capitalists

some kind (and wealthy, lol) soul took the time to rip this and put it up on the internet archive. https://archive.org/details/su-tissue-salon-de-musique

Su Tissue was a musical talent that would have rivaled the likes of Kate Bush and a Bjork had she continued.

Edited 4 years agoI like this album, it stands on its' own away from the discography of Suburban Lawns. It has become a must have for me. It has an overall minimal sound, formed around hypnotic looped piano patterns with various accompaniment that becomes more apparent with each listen. It is immediately simple and complex. Sue Tissue does sing on one track, but it is different in a more ethnic and abstract style than previously. I hope one day it sees a reissue in some form as this is a lost great album that unfolds more surprises with each listen, it raises a lot of questions as to why there were not more albums like this. Some things really do deserve a reissue and should be available because they are excellent.
