First Sequence is a very special track indeed. In a class of its own IMO.

Photek could literally do no wrong during this period. One of the greatest jungle tunes of all time.

Looking for the picture sleeve only, if anyone has one in good condition.

This really is an astonishing piece of vinyl. Both sides are equally well conceived and produced. Doesn't get much better than this, if at all. Well worth the asking prices IMO!

Both sides of the release are superb, both offering different moods and vibes but both 5/5.

'Resolution' is a great track with a lovely deep and melodic groove, stutters of distortion, hypnotic keys, crisp and snappy breaks and a booming bass, that melts together beautifully.

'First Sequence' is a hands in the air Amen Jungle rollout with tight programming and smooth layering. The beats, percussion hits, and pads are so moody, futuristic and bouncy, its a real treat to the ears. A dance floor destroyer!!!!

Fantastic stuff yet again from Mr Parkes.

One of Photek's best records was the first Form & Function 12". The "Operations Officer, Special Forces" sample is actually a introduction line Harrison Ford utters in the beginning of Apocolypse Now.
