Straordinario!
Tre vinili azzurri meravigliosi, perfettamente flat, un suono stratosferico!
Ogni fan dei Doors dovrebbe averlo in collezione. -
5/5 Sounds amazing. The solo by Ray at the start of When The Music's Over had e double-fisted air-punching

Finally, I got around to listening to my copy. This sounds, in my opinion, very well done. Musically, it sounds crisp and amazing. The distortion when Jim screams for me just adds to the raw grungy I don't give a fuck attitude of his persona. Honestly, this is a very well put together release. It's definitely worth owning for a Doors fan.

Edited one year agoI am in such two minds about this release; it is true that 3 out of the available 4 tracks are spectacularly recorded. It’s just the vocals for the most part are very distorted when the mic gets overloaded. Regardless, if you can pick it up at a decent price ($46USD equivalent in my case at my local record store in Ontario) - please do not hesitate. This is my very first live doors album, and I believe this one is no less than a holy Grail due to its historical importance.

Amazing sounding LP. I watching the VHS performance of this concert. The sound was terrible. But they did an excellent job remastering this for Vinyl. I own most of The Doors live records. This is now my favorite release, right up there with Live @ The Hollywood Bowl ‘68

I think Robbie is mixed above Ray and that is an improvement. Robbie shines on this release. Kreiger does not get enought props for his fretwork in the first place. I've been listening to this show, my favorite Doors performance, since the 90's on the boot Apocalypse Now. Too bad that it sounds like it was recorded on a 2-Track, but better than somebody's pocket. Very listenable recording, now cleaned up, of a classic performance.

This is another excellent live release The Doors, another home run. It sounds very good more often than not, and when it doesn’t it’s still pretty good. Outstanding mastering quality and awesome packaging (besides plain paper sleeves for LPs). Performance wise this is some of the best, capturing the band at their live performance peak. The eclectic setlist is another great feature, live versions of some rarities.

Man I love this record! It sounds so good and crisp. The distortion of the voice when Jim screams into the microphone just adds to the atmosphere of the recording. By far my favorite Doors live release! Also the packaging and vinyl look very nice. 10 of 10 🔥

This was my introduction to the Doors, when I taped an hour of this off a Swedish radio broadcast around 1980. I loved this and played it constantly. The distorted vocals always stood out as part of the Doors sound, so for me it is just great to finally have this complete and on great crisp sounding vinyl.
