Lover is not my favorite album but it doesn't have the love it deserves. This pressing is good but not perfect. The sound could be better. There are lots of surface noise on side D noticeably on songs like It's Nice To Have A Friend and Daylight. The other sides, however, no pops or clicks were listened to.
The sleeves, as usual, are full of static so as the discs. Taylor's releases on LP tend to be beautiful but not very vinyl-friendly.
The colors are beautiful but I don't think the translucent blue option was the best one. Baby blue would be a better option maybe. The baby pink, however, matches the artwork just fine.
I really want to spin the black pressing to compare.
